3. Shipping and Handling

We make every effort to ensure that all goods are dispatched in such a way that they arrive with you in perfect condition. We charge postage and handling fee on all orders under £100.00 (nett), which is calculated accordingly to the weight of individual orders. Your goods will be dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment by First Class Post unless you wish different. We do recommend you take postage insurance as we will not accept any liability for loss or damage for goods in transit.

Next Day Delivery:

If you wish next day delivery, your order must be placed at the latest 2.30 pm and paid by credit or debit card . Your order will be dispatched the same day by Post as"Special Next Day Delivery". You should receive it the following working day.

Overseas Customers

Postage will be charged at cost, but we will always use the most economical and safest route. We prefer you to pay by credit or debit card as the total value of your order will not be known until it has been weighed. VAT is not applicable to traders within EC who provide a valid VAT number.

4. How to Make a Payment

Please note - all prices are excluding VAT !

It is our policy that payment is received in full before goods are dispatched to you. We are able to accept Credit or Debit card payments over the telephone, Cheque or Postal order made out to P & M Fry. All goods supplied by Bead Solutions, remain our property until all outstanding payments are made in full.

5. Returns Policy

We make every effort to despatch all goods in good quality. If for any reasons you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange or credit. Goods should be returned to following address, in a condition fit for resale,along with copy of invoice, within 10 days of the day date receipt. There will be restocking charge equal to postage charge.

Returns can be accepted only on items received by us. Therefore we suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items.
